Welcome to TOURIZM. By accessing our website and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TOURIZM.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email/WhatsApp message is sent to the customer.
• Customers must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, hotel name, number of guests) at the time of booking.
• TOURIZM reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
• Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).
• Full payment is required for most tours before the service date. Some packages may allow partial advance payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund (minus any bank/transaction charges).
• 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to be considered valid.
• In case of cancellation by TOURIZM due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any price difference due to change of package or date will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• TOURIZM reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timing, or vehicle type if necessary, while maintaining the overall quality of the service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must arrive on time at the designated pickup location. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
• Any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, or property by the customer will be charged accordingly.
• Customers must follow all safety instructions given by the guide or driver.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

6. Liability

• TOURIZM acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers, weather conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Participation in adventure activities (desert safari, dune buggy, water sports, etc.) is at the customer’s own risk.
• Customers with medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations should inform us in advance and participate only if medically fit.
• TOURIZM’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

7. Photography & Media

• TOURIZM may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
• By participating, customers grant permission for such media to be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless they specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. Force Majeure

TOURIZM shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or political unrest.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
