Comfortable clothes and closed shoes are recommended. Avoid short skirts and loose clothing. Carry a light jacket in winter as desert nights can be cool. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also useful.
Yes, it is generally family-friendly. However, dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back or neck problems, or very young children. Please inform us about any medical conditions at the time of booking.
Pickup usually starts between 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM depending on your hotel location. The tour ends around 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM after dinner and entertainment.

Yes, BBQ dinner is included. Vegetarian options are available. Please inform us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, we will either reschedule your tour free of charge or provide a full refund.

Standard Dubai City Tour lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours including hotel pickup and drop-off.
No. Standard City Tour includes only photo stops. Burj Khalifa At The Top tickets can be added as an optional extra at additional cost.
Yes. We offer both shared and private Dubai City Tours. Private tours give you flexible timing and a customized itinerary according to your preference.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. 50% charge applies for cancellations between 24–48 hours. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows.
Yes. Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off is included for most tours from major hotels in Dubai. Please provide your full hotel name at the time of booking.
